You agree not to use SendLingo to:

SendLingo offers free and paid subscription tiers:

Paid subscriptions are billed on a recurring basis. You may cancel at any time, and your subscription will remain active until the end of the current billing period.

7. Third-Party Services

SendLingo integrates with third-party services including Google Translate API for translations and OpenAI for AI-powered features. Your use of these integrated services is subject to their respective terms and privacy policies.

8. Intellectual Property

The SendLingo name, logo, and all related branding, designs, and software are the property of Three Flags Studios. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works without our express written permission.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

• The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind
• We do not guarantee translation accuracy or AI response quality
• We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
• Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Service in the past 12 months

10. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these Terms or for any other reason at our discretion. You may delete your account at any time through the app settings.

11. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
