Yes. We're hosted on SOC 2 Type 2 certified infrastructure, powered by Google's Cloud Platform. All data in transit is encrypted with industry best practice, TLS 1.2 and 1.3. Data at rest uses AES-256 enterprise/military-grade encryption. This is considered the highest level and is globally used for protecting sensitive data in finance, government, and cloud services. Our app is also automatically scanned for any security or privacy vulnerabilities to help keep your data safe.

What happens when my free trial ends?

When your 7-day Pro trial ends, you'll automatically move to our Free tier. You won't lose your conversations or data, but some features will become limited. You can upgrade to Starter or Pro at any time to unlock more features.

If you use Gmail, you can also drag the email from Spam to your Primary inbox. For Outlook, right-click the email and select 'Never block sender'. If you still don't receive emails after checking these, please contact our support team from within the app.
